This project has been designed by K+K during in 2003 and also supervised during the post contract stage. The spacious outside areas have been planned as park areas with visual highlights and solitaire plantation.The gravel walks guide to the function areas (Restauant, entrance, etc.) The drive has been highlighted with a row of column hornbeams in order to guide the visitor to the inner part of the building. The parking area along the driveway has been created with hedge plantings in order not to disturb the green harmony of this place. The outside area is always and during each season fascinating due to the always changing colours of different plantations.This Old Castle, Burg Crass, is situated directly on the bank of the Rhine river.
